A photostat letter dated January 1959 announcing the forthcoming launch of "Ethnic" Magazine, a publication "primarily for those who have the good of the English tradition at heart".

Hand Addressed to the now defunct Roding Valley Morris of Ilford, Essex, and listing an editorial board of important figures in the folk music world including Reg Hall and Mervyn Plunkett. "Ethnic" only lasted four issues, but is still remembered for it's aggressive and uncompromising views on traditional music and the folk music revival.

Stamped with a 2d stamp and franked "South Norwood 6 Feb 1959"
