A large (11" x 9") mounted photograph depicting a Wedding scene, probably 1940s, and inscribed "Smith Rampton".
The item shows four males, including the groom, all in military uniform, and four women including the bride. I would suggest the picture depicts (L - R) Mother of Groom, Father of Groom, Bestman, Groom, Bridge, Bridesmaid, Father of Bride, Mother of Bride. B
The item was acquired in Suffolk, around 30 miles from the village of Rampton in Cambridgeshire, and the Marriage Records in the UK show less than 10 marriages between a "Smith" and a "Rampton" between 1920 - 1945, so it's not entirely clear whether this shows the marriage between a Smith and Rampton or the marriage of Smith at Rampton.
